Registration Terms & Conditions

  1. Trayco must receive the warranty registration details within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Trayco will replace free of charge any shower tray purchased, which has been fitted in accordance with Trayco's fitting instructions and which is in the company's reasonable opinion proven to be defective beyond reasonable wear and tear (excluding perishable components such as seals etc.) subject to the provision of the following clauses.
  3. Trayco will not be liable under the terms of this guarantee for any consequential loss or damage caused by Trayco or its employees in circumstances where:
    1. There is no breach of legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; or
    2. Such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of such breach; or
    3. Such loss or damage results from a breach by you of any terms of this contract.
  4. Trayco reserves the right to replace the defective part or defective goods with a similar part or similar goods in current production provided that such a replacement part or goods are of the same or similar quality.
  5. If the goods are modified or altered in any way whatsoever without Trayco's prior written consent the guarantee will be invalidated with immediate effect.
  6. This guarantee is specific to the individual who registers and may not be transferred to a third party without Trayco's prior written consent.

  8. This guarantee only applies to goods purchased and installed in the United Kingdom and Eire.

The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in respect of faulty or misrepresented goods.
